| In connection with our parent company Micro Matic Holding changing name to Nielsen & Nielsen Holding, it was decided that each individual company in the group should profile their own company name more distinctly, and this has now lead to the implementation of a planned change of name. |

| The strategy of Micro Matic Instrument is to expand our position as a global supplier of sensors and to extend our business area to cover a wide range of applications within measurement of temperatures, humidity, gases, pressure, level and flow. |

| At the same time we are going to continue our present production of electronic products and automatic control devices, and therefore our new name Senmatic is a combination of the words sensors and automatic. |

| Senmatic indicates of our future strategy better than before, and the name has also been chosen because it has some resemblance with the former name. |

| Our new company name is officially introduced on 03-05-2004 and all papers, leaflets, packing etc will be changed as soon as possible, so that the name Senmatic is implemented shortly. We therefore ask you to note our new name already now. |

| Our telephone-/fax numbers and address are unchanged, but we have established a new email address dk@senmatic.com and for direct contact use the initials of the employee you want to contact followed by @senmatic.com. However, our present email-addresses can still be used in a transitional period. |
