Torben N. Hansen is appointed new CEO in Senmatic A/S on 1 January, 2008. He succeeds Soeren K. Vilby who has been appointed new CEO of Micro Matic A/S on 1 January, 2008. Micro Matic A/S is also a subsidiary of Nielsen & Nielsen Holding A/S.

Torben N. Hansen is 44 years old and has a technical and commercial background. He is an engineer by training and has formerly held positions as sales manager in ABB Motors A/S and as CEO in Skako Comessa A/S.

Senmatic A/S has in recent years gone through a positive development with increasing sales and good customer relations and we very much look forward to continuing this development together with Torben N. Hansen.
