Senmatic consists of two separate business units with shared administration and management: our Senmatic sensor division and our horticulture division, DGT by Senmatic. Our sensor division specializes in integrated sensor solutions for industry, while our horticulture division specializes in controller technology. Collectively, the two divisions employ approximately 90 people at our head office and production in Søndersø, Denmark. In addition, our sensor division has a subsidiary and production in China.

Since 1975, we have developed and delivered solutions tested, certified and compliant to the highest standards. Our strong application expertise and attention to details enable us to ensure optimum performance and empower our customers to exploit their full potential.

In 2016, Senmatic A/S was acquired by Indutrade, a Swedish group of industrial companies, which engages in technical components and solutions with great technical content. Indutrade invests in well-managed growth businesses and run a decentralized structure that includes more than 200 subsidiary companies with 5,000 employees performing across 27 countries on four continents.

Indutrade has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2005.

DGT by Senmatic develops sustainable technology solutions for modern horticultural production, ranging from commercial greenhouses and garden centers to large-scale vertical farms and research facilities.

We specialize in controller technology for optimization of crop growth and product efficiency optimization, and delivers complete and configurable solutions for horticultural applications, such as electronic and mechanical climate control, irrigation and fertilizer mixing, and LED lighting. Our product range offers 360° management of your installation and we deliver both single products and full line solutions.
