For more than 40 years, Senmatic has been a significant manufacturer of sensors measuring temperature, humidity and gas. Another successful business area is horticulture, where we specialize in controller technology for the optimization of in-door plant growth.

Senmatic used to be a successful part of the Micro Matic portfolio of companies, but in 2016 the company was acquired by Indutrade, a Swedish group of companies, which engages in technical components and solutions with great technical content. They invest in well-managed growth businesses and run a decentralised structure that includes more than 200 subsidiary companies with 5,000 employees performing across 27 countries on four continents.

Indutrade has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2005.

Our quality lets you concentrate on building your business
Being responsive is at the heart of our quality focus; we respond to any quality issues, letting you concentrate on building your business. We approach quality as a process of continuous improvements and ensure this happens at all stages of the value chain.  Our employees share a responsibility for maintaining and contributing to the quality of how we work, our production processes, and relations with suppliers and customers.

Working closely with our large global customers – typically industry leaders – over many years has given us considerable experience in quality management processes. Our quality offering has grown with our understanding of your requirements.

We base our quality management system on the ISO 9001 standard. In addition, we set safety first and have a strong focus on our HSE policy as well as on our code-of-conduct and supplier evaluations.

Our quality journey continues, building on our experience and increasing capabilities.

In-house testing and calibration of sensors
The ability to test sensors in a wide range of temperatures with very high precision is your guarantee of a quality product that meets requirements. Senmatic has state-of-the-art in-house testing and calibration laboratories set up in collaboration with leading Danish experts and certification bodies. Our facilities can handle very small and very large sensors.

Senmatic has an ambition to grow its position within both the sensor and horticulture business areas by increasing its global awareness and to become even more respected and known for its strong quality management, reliable products and flexible engineering. And to be the responsible supplier and partner, that we are, to many new customers in the years to come.

Senmatic's contribution to UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals
